1. Acceptance

By accessing and using this site you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with any condition described here, do not use the site or make purchases.

2. Registration and account

You are responsible for the details you provide at registration and for keeping your password secret. All activity on your account is your responsibility. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Digital products

The products sold are digital and delivered as activation keys. Delivery happens automatically in the customer area and by email as soon as the payment is confirmed.

4. Payment

Payment is processed via PIX. The generated code has an expiry time; after it passes the order is cancelled automatically and the items go back to stock. No banking data is stored on this site.

5. Refunds

As these are digital products with instant delivery, refund requests are assessed case by case and only when there is a proven product failure that cannot be fixed. Keys already used are not refundable.

6. Acceptable use

Reselling, sharing or distributing purchased keys without express authorisation is forbidden, as is attempting to bypass, copy or reverse engineer this site systems. Breaking this results in account cancellation without a refund.

7. Availability

Products may go through maintenance or update periods. The status of each product is shown in the store and can change without notice. Downtime alone does not entitle you to a refund.

8. Personal data

We collect only the data needed to process orders and provide support. Passwords are stored encrypted and cannot be read by anyone. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date shown at the top.
